Are you talking about greenhouse tomatoes? They produce three leaves and one set of flowers or cluster per week if light, temperature and humidity is proper. The way you have described, plants ars too vegetative likely due to cooler temperature especially at night time. If flowers are weak then they can be removed and next set of clusters will be stronger. Day temperature around 22 to 24 C and night around 19C should help to turn the plant around

Maximizing Yield Through Pruning: The Impact on Tomatoes, Cucumbers, and Bean Plants

Tomato plants have leaves, flowers and fruit all on or near the same node on the stem. When pruning as the plant ages or to refocus growth, is it detrimental to yield to trim the leave and flower opposite a stem which is in the process of setting/ripening fruit? I.E. does the fruit need the other two “legs of the stool” in order to maximize yield, promote plant health etc.? Same question but with cucumbers and bush/pole beans also. Thanks.
