Troubleshooting Your Hagie STS12 Sprayer with ExactApply

Have a 2023 Hagie sts12 with exactapply. I started with water on stream tips for top dressing wheat and worked great. As soon as I went to add 28% to it the sprayer isn’t working right. The boom pressure and pump pressure spike over 100psi and rate falls hard from my set 35 gal\ac. Iv cleaned strainers out and worked well for a couple loads and now isn’t working at all with clean strainers

What size strainers are you running? I wouldn't be surprised if your product was a little dirty and that they plug up too quickly I think we run 80 mesh in ours.

Nitrogen solutions are extremely corrosive to brass. Can imagine brass fittings in your unit would cause plugging, (usually LEAKS are the identifier) but may may want to check, as a cause of malfunction. If there are no other contaminants (particles, crystals, incompatible pesticides), 🤷🏼🤷🏼
