Excel Formulas for Fertilizer Rates and Custom Blends

Does anyone know how to make formulas in excel or edit them for fertilizer rates? So say I want to put a blend of 40N 40P 20S 10K then have say a liquid blend or dry blend that would formulate so it would calculate what you would need for each product?

I have such an excel sheet that calculates the necessary amounts of common fertilizers to arrive at a desired blend. DM me your email and I'll send it over.
