Irrigation water should be below pH 7 by acid injection (dangerous) or carbonic acid (expensive) Also watch SAR, bicarbonates and nitrate levels.

You could try almond Leaf marinated water to balance ph levels.

Sulphuric acid at low levels adjusts pH quickly and adds S. Takes the right system but can work.
Have you tried Rain Maker? This has been used in a few spots and seem to be working well
